These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the NarvoMilk website and services provided by Adithya Milk Dairy Farms. By using this website or placing an enquiry or order, you accept these terms.

2. About our products

NarvoMilk supplies raw, farm-fresh buffalo and cow milk with no preservatives. As our milk is unpasteurised, customers are advised to boil it within one hour of delivery before consumption.

Nutritional values shown on this website are approximate and may vary naturally between batches.

3. Orders & enquiries

Enquiries and orders can be placed through the website forms, WhatsApp or by phone. All orders are subject to confirmation by our team and availability in your delivery area.

This website is informational — enquiry forms help us start a conversation, and final order details are confirmed directly with you.

4. Pricing & payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices may be revised from time to time and the rate confirmed at the time of order will apply.

Monthly plan pricing offers a lower effective per-litre rate compared to daily orders.

5. Delivery

We deliver fresh milk daily to serviceable areas in and around Maheshwaram and Hyderabad. Delivery timings are in the early morning and may vary slightly due to local conditions.

Please ensure milk is collected and refrigerated or boiled promptly after delivery.

6. Glass bottles

Milk is delivered in reusable glass bottles as part of our plastic-free commitment. Bottles remain the property of NarvoMilk and should be rinsed and kept ready for collection and reuse during the next delivery.

7. Cancellations & changes

You may pause, skip or modify your daily or monthly plan by informing our team in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes for upcoming deliveries.

8. Quality & liability

We take great care to ensure the purity and freshness of our milk, including regular lab testing. However, as a natural raw product, milk must be handled and boiled correctly by the customer after delivery. NarvoMilk is not liable for issues arising from improper storage or handling after delivery.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including the NarvoMilk name, logo, text and design — belongs to Adithya Milk Dairy Farms and may not be copied or reused without permission.
